Occupational Health & Safety Policy & Process - provides a framework for the OH&S program including, risk assessment, personal protective equipment, safe chemical handling, security and first aid.

Developed with reference to the cleaning standards for Victorian Health Facilities 2011 introduced  to measure the outcomes of cleaning services. They define the expected outcomes as a result of cleaning.










Laundry Services Policy & Process and related forms - this process covers each step related to processing linen in accordance with infection prevention & control and safety considerations related to; linen supplies and labeling, handling soiled linen, sorting, washing, drying, folding / ironing, transporting and storage of clean linen. $130.00
Catering Services Process – this process provides an overview of food services and is  linked to nutrition and hydration for the provision of special dietary requirements and texture modified food and thickened fluids. Includes a section related to diabetes in aged care and links to Food Safety Program and Menu Planning. $105.00
Food Safety Program - includes the requirements of the National Food Safety Standards for a Class 1 Food Premises. $500.00
